Volunteers from Microware Limited visited the singleton elderly and senior couple families, bringing with them the yummy rice dumplings prepared by Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service in Wong Tai Sin district right before the Dragon Boat Festival.
全港大概有13萬8千名獨居長者，其中有啲行動唔方便，大部份時間留喺屋企，好少機會接觸其他人。一班義工嚟到同老友記閒話家常，表達愛與關懷。
There are approximately 138,000 singleton elderly in Hong Kong. In their frail condition, they usually stay alone at home without any network support. It was a welcoming experience for volunteers to cheer them up and chit chat.
另外，本港約有8萬幾戶兩老家庭。義工嚟到探訪，了解佢哋嘅需要，幫助佢哋認識區內嘅資源，讓晚年生活更舒泰、豐盛、精彩。
Besides, there are about 80,000 senior couple families in Hong Kong. Through these visits, volunteers can understand more about their needs and help them reconnect to the community to enjoy various services for a happy and enriched life.
